Delicious fail weekend

no work out on saturday.

Friday: vegan meals.

friday night: blackberry cheesecake. did 4 miles at gym and weights though.

saturday: vegan meals. saturday morning: gluten free dairy free baking dark chocolate chips (wtf)

sunday: 2 vegan cupcakes (butterscotch and chai latte),

chia seed drink (good), blueberries and pistachios

About to catch up on gym stuff.

Been drinking quite a bit of kombucha. not sure if thats a good or bad thing yet.

Moon’s Day Reprise ʕ•ᴥ•ʔ

There’s a certain calm about waking up at this hour and just feeling ready.

To recap on stuff lately, been eating loads of kale, a little bit of salmon here and there. Still lots of berries. Honey vanilla Chamomile tea. Avocados. Coconut water.

It was cal and stef’s bday so i went to extraordinary desserts for the first time. I knew i would indulge a little so i ran 8 miles earlier and did weights. And at the bday dinner i had a spinach salad with tuna ad oranges. It was freaking delicious.

I took sunday as sleep day after work. It was great.

My pantry is stocked to the brim with dried veggies (beets carrots green beans), raspberries and blueberries. I’ve bee searching for ripe raspberries for a while, and they’re not always easy to find lately because they’ll usually be overripe and moldy. These were just right.

Randomly, I slept a total of 8+ hrs last night, and i feel as though I was lucid dreamijg the entire time. Of what, it seems I was just thinking about what I had to get done.

Today, monday, is going to be a busy one for me. its my busiest.

Ready to tear this shit up!
