Ran 7 miles yesterday and weights.
I tried the ‘captain’s chair’ for the first time yesterday and was really excited about that. I don’t know if I should do it in booty shorts again, though I think some of the regulars wouldn’t mind. (Sweatdrop)

Gonna shoot for 10 mi. Later today for the hell of it and another go at the captain’s chair.

Plans for today!

Late start this morning, but well-spent with some much needed hang out time with the my rag-tag band of clones. (My kids.)

 

1. Run/ Weights

3. Make stuff for holiday presents.

4. Prepare mailings

5. Run/ Weights (If there is time…. and there is always effin’ time. Getting around to doing it is key!)

6. Eat

 

Last week was insane with finals and work. It’s 89% over now. I was only able to have legitimate exercise 2.5 days last week. The half is from running a mile yesterday in a break between client sessions. Go effort!

Alright, willing myself to go  ……………………..NOW.  Smell ya later, internet!

Not pictured: Bag of wf ginger snaps I’ve been nursing for a few days. Working on a self-intervention at the gym now. Need to tame the sugar before it tames me. That means avoid alcohol by any means necessary!
