BAD:
1 chocolate chip cookie (the devil!)
a little pancit, apritada and lumpia left overs (semi-evil!)

2 servings of unsalted tortilla chips, organic hummus and organic salsa

Good:
2.5 eggs with spinach, cumin, parsley, cayenne and nutritional yeast
5 glasses of cran water
7 small non-sorbate prunes.
2 servings of ‘better’n peanut butter’
1/2 a large baked eggplant with unsalted organic beef broth, parsley and nutritional yeast (SO GOOD)
